Refund policy

RETURNS

We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition
  • The original packaging must remain sealed and unmodified
  • You must provide proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)

⚠️ Any item that has been opened, used, or altered in any way will NOT be accepted for return, unless it is defective.


HOW TO START A RETURN

To initiate a return, you must first contact us at:

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

If your return is approved:

  • You will receive instructions on how and where to send your item
  • The item must be shipped to our return address: [INSERT RETURN ADDRESS]

RETURN SHIPPING & FEES

  • All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • We do not cover shipping fees, customs fees, or handling costs
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR WRONG ITEMS

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If your item is:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Incorrect

Contact us immediately at lyreun95@gmail.com with proof (photos/videos).

If approved:

  • We will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

We do not accept returns for:

  • Opened or used products
  • Personal care / skincare products (for hygiene reasons)
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Custom or personalized items

EXCHANGES

We do not offer direct exchanges.

To get a different item:

  1. Return the original item (if eligible)
  2. Place a new order

EU 14-DAY COOLING-OFF PERIOD

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return within 14 days.

However:

  • The item must still be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
  • You are responsible for return shipping costs

REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • We will notify you if your refund is approved
  • If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days

Note:

  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

LOST OR DELAYED ORDERS

If your order has not arrived within 60 days from shipment:

You may be eligible for:

  • A replacement (reshipment) OR
  • A refund

This will be determined by Lyreun after reviewing the case.
